This has been a good summer for Swedish House Mafia, but everyone would agree that hot remixes are just not enough for fans. That’s why Sebastian Ingrosso, Axwell, and Steve Angello have been working on new tracks; besides the two that they recently released.

Steve Angello told MTV “This is the thing … we have a lot of records. We have singles; we have all the material to make an album. But it’s like, do we want to stick with the traditional album ways or do we want to do something different? And I think, as Swedish House Mafia works; I think we do something different.”

Angello also said (without confirmation of the artists) that Swedish House Mafia will be working on albums for some famous pop names; “A lot of people came through this year. After the success of ‘One’ and ‘Miami 2 Ibiza’; we got hundreds of requests to work with people. We chose very few to work with. We’ve done some work with a very, very big artist. We’re producing [some of] another artist’s album. It’s been an amazing trip for us. I can’t tell anybody’s name yet.”

News did come through that a Jonas brother wants to work with the Mafia. According to the Mirror,  Joe Jonas said ”All my friends are going to Ibiza this weekend but I can’t because I’m supporting BRITNEY on tour. I’ve never been and I want to go really bad. I’m a big fan of TIËSTO, and Swedish House Mafia are awesome. I absolutely want to work with them. What Tinie Tempah did with Swedish House Mafia was super awesome.”
