Nayer and Pitbull

The beat-dropping song “Give Me Everything” by Pitbull and Ne-Yo feature a female artist whose voice is unfamiliar, until now. Nayer, or fully Nayer Regalado, is a singer-songwriter and model who has stepped out into the music spotlight with every intention to stay.

At an early age, Nayer appeared in numerous TV ads and commercials, but at the age of 14 with a blessing from her parents, she moved to Los Angeles to record a demo and start her dream as a singer. At 16, she was signed to the Sony Discos label, and recorded her first single “First Kiss (Primer Beso), a dance song that soon hit the Billboard Top 40 Dance Chart.

Continuing to sing, dance, and model, Nayer was brought into the pop-R&B girl group, Anything But Monday, in 2005, and the group was soon signed by Universal Music. In 2008 and 2009, the group released two chart-winning songs, “Buckwild” and “Bump.” They were also the first group to give free access to master files for DJ’s to remix.

In 2008, the singer was discovered by Pitbull, and she has appeared in the rapper’s numerous videos and songs. She was also featured in Enrique’s “Dirty Dancer,” and in July 2011, she released her single “Suave (Kiss Me)” featuring Pitbull. Branching out on her own, she is making sure everyone knows her name.
