Pump It Up Radio Headlines: Calvin Harris Welcomes New Song To His Fly Eye Label

Calvin Harris

The Scottish DJ, Calvin Harris, has been quite busy lately, producing and collaborating on a new song with Rihanna–which is blasting the radios hard–”We Found Love,” as well as adding new artists and new songs to his music label, Fly Eye, which he started in May 2010.

The new song added is called “Iced Out,” by UK DJ, Burns. The DJ was recently signed to the Deconstruction music label, which signed Calvin Harris, DJ Sasha, and Axwell. Burns has sprinted off to a good start, working with various artists, including Kelis, Missy Elliot, and Fred Falke, along with being recognized by Mixmag Magazine and DJ Mag. His new track, “Iced Out,” actually features a remix by Harris, and similarly follows in the footsteps of Harris’s own energetic beats and electro-house-tech combinations. “Iced Out” is available on Beatport, and a sample of the track can be found on Harris’s official website, www.calvinharris.co.uk.

Along with Burns’s new track, Fly Eye is featuring other releases from Massivo Massimi, Bart B More & Tommie Sunshine, and Harris himself. Upon creating his new label, Harris stated that “my goal for Fly Eye is to release the most exciting club music I can get my hands on. There will be absolutely no rubbish.” Fans can certainly agree that he has fulfilled that goal.

It looks like Harris will continue to discover new talent and add new songs to his label, not to mention dish out heart-pumping tracks and collaborate with various artists. His current music tour takes him to France (with Rihanna), Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. If that is not enough, he has also been nominated by Mixmag Magazine for one of the world’s best Dance Acts. Check it out on Youtube!
