This german euro dance group had world power for sure. Their infectious vocals and body pumping beats had people under their control. This group was put together by producers Luca Anzilotti and Michael Munzing. They had so many line up changes in the group including Turbo B, who rapped on The Power and Rhythm Is A Dancer, eventually left the group to start a solo career. The former members Jackie Harris, Penny Ford, Niki Ford, Thea Austin and Summer left the group to go their separate ways.

There is one hit that will never leave. The Power became an international single hitting #1 in the U.K., Switzerland, the U.S. and the Netherlands. The group released the song in the early 90′s by the record label Arista. Niki Harris got it made for singing the powerful vocals on this single.

So… where are they now? They have been keeping it quiet by staying out of the spotlight. However they did release a single in 2009 called Excited which features the singer Sarah Martin. In 2010 they also did a live show in the UK and some people left that concert disappointed. You know in the song Rhythm Is A Dancer there is a lyric in there that says “I’m serious as cancer when I say rhythm is a dancer”. That was cut from their performance.
